Born and raised in a scholarly family running an auctioneering business, Kai has a high sensitivity to commerce. He moved from Shanghai, China to Cairns, Australia at the age of 13 to develop his education. After completing high school he moved to Brisbane. He has been living locally for more than a decade and as a result has a thorough, first-hand understanding of the local market and the residents.


He is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English and also has the ability to understand Cantonese and Japanese. Knowledge of these languages enables him to reach out to a large variety of clients with whom he can provide effective communication. As a result, this ensures that the sales process is seamless for everyone.


Kai has more than 7 years experiences of sales. These include property management, personal sales consultant for LVMH and professional sales for Ray White. Kai is well regarded by his customers. The experience of property management has resulted in his having a better understanding of the feelings and needs of people who live in the properties.


Kai also gained outstanding awards when he worked as a sales consultant for VIP customers in a leading corporation of the luxury industry. He was also operational in the opening of the first Tiffany store in Cairns.
